I-Sight® Youth Instrument
I-Sight®, a new DiSC® instrument for youth, ages 12 to 18, is designed to meet three key needs in today's education marketplace:

  • Build self-awareness and self-esteem in young people
  • Provide guidance in preventing and resolving conflict
  • Foster understanding and acceptance of differences
This colorful, 4-page learning instrument uses a self-directed and self-scoring process that engages young people, personally and confidentially, in understanding their own behavioral preferences while gaining insight into the behavior of others. The DiSC language of the adult DiSC instrument, the Personal Profile System®., has been modified in I -Sight® to increase its appeal and relevancy to young people. The four primary dimensions of behavior - Dominance, influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness - are described as:
 
D - Direct and Active
i - interested and lively
S - Steady and Cooperative
C - Concerned and Correct

I-Sight® also includes a brief, follow-up activity, "Think More About It", designed to reinforce learning and application of new DiSC® knowledge. I -Sight® can be efficiently and cost-effectively integrated as a core behavioral learning component into a variety of curricula including Social Studies, Health and Family Living, and Career Development. The I -Sight® Instructor's Guide provides background on the DiSC® model, instrument administration information, five 50-minute learning modules, optional activities and reproducible handouts.

Transition -- The Personal Path Through Change
Based on the groundbreaking work of William Bridges, Transition is an interactive learning guide that provides people with a self-directed process for dealing with change. Designed around Bridges’ 3-phase transition model of endings, the neutral zone and new beginnings, this four-color workbook provides a roadmap for helping individuals move from resistance, to acceptance, to action.
Transition -- The Personal Path Through Change is an effective learning tool that:

  • actively engages people in responding to change
  • introduces a practical, guided process for moving through the 3 phases of transition—endings, neutral zone, new beginnings
  • offers a user-friendly, interactive workbook format that personalizes learning
  • incorporates Disc®, a proven approach to understanding emotions and behavior in changing situations.
