inscape Publishing, formerly Carlson Publishing, is a developer of DISC related software inclusive of multi media products for Time Management and Diversity training.
Their Time Mastery Profile helps your organization set priorities and manage time effectively. This unique tool provides people with a complete, self-directed assessment of their current time management effectiveness, then provides a frame for developing customized strategies for skill improvement in twelve key areas: Attitudes, Goals, Priorities, Planning, Scheduling, Interruptions, Meetings, Paperwork, Delegation, Procrastination, and Teamwork.
Their Discovering Diversity Profile supports diversity as a business strategy, acknowledging that organizations need to learn to work successfully with others who don't share the same background, beliefs and traditions. The Profile provides a confidential and effective way to help employees explore diversity issues through knowledge, understanding, acceptance and behavior. It helps employees discover their own "comfort levels" with differences and gain insight, take action and value diversity within a successful organization.
inscape has recently introduced a new, online capability to its product line. The Electronic Profile Information Center (EPIC) provides a simpler way to deliver profiles via the internet. Organizations can maximize their training time by allowing employees to complete their assessments online. EPIC will then feed back scored profiles, saving time and increasing accuracy.
EPIC system administrators can control access to Inscape's online profiles. They can determine when and where respondents view their profile results to manage every step of the learning process. It also allows the platform trainers to personalize the response process. Through advanced capabilities, EPIC allows administrators to audit system activity at any point within the process. Completed reports can be viewed, printed, or emailed from the company archive.
Advanced reporting capabilities can provide composite group results, overviews of a team's interpersonal relationships, and analysis of team dynamics Detailed information about inscape's products can be found on their website www.inscapepublishing.com. |
