Pre-Work:
Introduction to Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Approximately 2 hours of self-paced online learning covering the basics of the EQ assessments
- Receive your own personalized EQ-i Assessment
Virtual Classroom:
- 2 days of highly interactive synchronous (live instructor delivered)
- Learning sessions with an EQ Master Trainer
Pass the Exam:
- We will guide you to make sure you have the knowledge you need to pass the exam.
Certification:
- Upon completion of the program you will be certified to use both the EQ-i and the EQ360

Note: As a Level B Psychometric, certification requirements include completion of e-learning modules, attendance of all synchronous (instructor delivered) learning sessions, and completion of the exam with a minimum passing mark. Synchronous content is restricted from make-up sessions or recording, therefore please ensure you are able to be in attendance for the full two-day learning sessions.
