  • Certification Training: May 18 – 22, 2026 | 9:30 AM-12:45 PM ET

  • Group Size: Open enrollment for up to 6 participants (private sessions available for organizations)

Upon completion, you’ll be certified to administer and debrief DISC and Motivators assessments, positioning you to serve clients and organizations with tools they’re already seeking.

Emotional Intelligence EQ-i Certification: Two Spring Sessions Available

Emotional Intelligence has evolved from competitive advantage to baseline requirement in leadership development. This certification authorizes you to use the industry-leading EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. You’ll gain expertise in accurately measuring EQ across five domains, delivering feedback that builds genuine self-awareness, and creating development programs that strengthen the emotional and interpersonal capabilities essential for effective leadership.

The training emphasizes practical application and immediate impact. You’ll leave certified to administer both the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, skilled in facilitating powerful development conversations, and ready to integrate emotional intelligence into your coaching, consulting, or organizational development practice.

Two Sessions Available:

  • April Class: April 22 & 23, 2026 – 9am to 5:30pm CST
  • May Class: May 20 & 21, 2026 – 9am to 5:30pm CST

AQ Adaptability Foundation Certification: June Session

Adaptability has emerged as the defining capability for 2026. As we explored in “Adaptability: The Only Resolution That Matters in 2026,” the ability to navigate change effectively outweighs nearly every other competency in predicting career and organizational success. Yet few professionals have received formal training in assessing and developing it systematically.

The AQ Adaptability Foundation Certification fills this gap. This blended learning program combines live instruction with self-paced modules, teaching you to assess Adaptability across multiple dimensions using the A.C.E. model, an Adaptability Quotient (AQ) framework. You’ll learn to identify specific growth areas, and the foundations for designing development programs that build resilience and future-proof skillsets for individuals and organizations.

  • Meet Your Cohort: June 2, 2026 | 9:30-11:00 AM ET
  • Live Training Sessions: June 9 & 11, 2026 | 9:30 AM-1:00 PM ET
  • Self-Paced Modules: 8 hours of online learning completed on your schedule

The blended format maximizes learning efficiency. Live sessions focus on application, practice, and peer learning. Self-paced modules deliver foundational content you can complete when it fits your schedule. Combined, they create a comprehensive certification experience without requiring five consecutive days away from work.
