This intensive certification builds your expertise in the DISC Behavioral Model and Motivators framework, two foundational assessment tools that organizations rely on for talent development worldwide.
The focus is application, not just theory. You’ll learn to conduct debrief sessions that create actionable insight, craft development plans that produce lasting behavior change, and lead workshops that reshape team dynamics.

Emotional Intelligence EQ-i Certification: Two Fall Sessions Available
Emotional intelligence is no longer the edge that sets a few leaders apart. It has become a baseline expectation. The research keeps landing in the same place: EQ predicts leadership effectiveness more reliably than IQ or technical skill, yet most professionals have never been trained to measure or develop it with any rigor.
This certification qualifies you to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, among the most widely used assessments in the field. You’ll learn to measure EQ accurately across its five domains, deliver feedback that builds real self-awareness, and design development programs that strengthen the emotional and interpersonal skills leadership depends on.
