Emotional Intelligence EQ-i Certification: Two Spring Sessions Available
Emotional Intelligence has evolved from competitive advantage to baseline requirement in leadership development. AQ Adaptability Foundation Certification: June Session
Adaptability has emerged as the defining capability for 2026. As we explored in “Adaptability: The Only Resolution That Matters in 2026,” the ability to navigate change effectively outweighs nearly every other competency in predicting career and organizational success. Yet few professionals have received formal training in assessing and developing it systematically.
The AQ Adaptability Foundation Certification fills this gap. This blended learning program combines live instruction with self-paced modules, teaching you to assess Adaptability across multiple dimensions using the A.C.E. model, an Adaptability Quotient (AQ) framework. You’ll learn to identify specific growth areas, and the foundations for designing development programs that build resilience and future-proof skillsets for individuals and organizations.
